"BEWARE" Very Bad management I'm stuck with the shoes I cannot use after they given me a wrong size and they wont exchange it, I would have prefer to go somewhere else. they have very bad service . Very unreasonable long gap appointment schedules and if your late few minutes they cancel your appointment. When your in time for your appointment they sent you to the room and made you wait a 15-20 minutes. (Why?) very unreasonable. Message to the Owner: Please Email and allow me to exchange my wrong size shoes and make this right. Thank you

Appointments are about 90+ days out from when you schedule your appointment to when you get it. Other than that, the new facility can be a bit more difficult to get to as there is no on street parking and the driveway comes at you abruptly, but it is well marked. Office staff are great as well as the rest of the employees.they called me 5 days ahead of my appointment to remind me and to let me know they were in a new location.

Above and beyond! 5 stars seems to low of a rating. Mobility Solutions team is fantastic! They went above and beyond for me with both of the prosthetic legs I have gotten from them. Mobility Solutions worked closely with my doctor and insurance to get me the leg that is right for me. I’ve been to two other Prostitist’s here in Salem and hands down Mobility Solutions is the best in Salem, I’d wager to say even the entire state of Oregon. If you are in need of a prosthetic of any kind trust a girl that’s tried the others...and start with the best, choose Mobility Solutions.

Amazing customer service. I had my old made by a different company for over 5 years. When my old boot was on its last leg they fixed it when everyone else said it was unfixable and now I am in a new boot made by them and I couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend
